Why Piano Time Shelton?
"Music is my jam! There's nothing more exciting to me than introducing students to new music and watching the process unfold as they fall in love with piano," says Ms. Allen. “Students age 4 to adult learn to read, appreciate, and enjoy music of all styles and genres from classical to popular. Through private lessons as well as small classes, students have individualized instruction, piano homework, and goals. Every student progresses at their own pace.”
Private piano lessons and small-group options are available in Studio and at the Shelton Community Center both in-person and online. Students ages 4 to adult are welcome.
Ms. Allen has experience teaching piano lessons over 40 years. Students at all levels learn music theory, technique, and all styles of music from classical to the latest popular, as well as Christmas and/or Chanukah; Fall and/or Halloween music and more. "There is music for everyone!" is one of Ms. Allen's philosophies.
Small sets of recitals are held 5-6 times every year. Recitals are optional but encouraged and always at no charge.
Piano instruction in Shelton is available 5 days a week at the Piano Time Studio and at the Shelton Community Center.
